Load in, setup and breakdown are included in rental times, plan accordingly.

The number of people each room accommodates depends on the setup.

Event insurance is required for ALL events.

We recommend The Event Helper; however, you are free to use your preferred provider.

Rental Inclusions:

 White Chiavari chairs (70)

Tables (6 - 60" Round; 8 - 48" Round; 6 - 30" Cocktail; 10 - 6' Banquet; 4 - 8' Banquet)

 Tablecloths (black, white or beige)

Chafing Dishes (you provide the fuel cans)

Room(s) set with tables, chairs and linen prior to your arrival.

Events serving alcohol must use our bartender.

Bartender Starts at $125 | Bar Package Starts at $400

Security is required for evening events with amplified music (dj);  events serving alcohol or

events where the majority of the guests are teens. All security is provided by the venue.

We offer a variety of other furnishings and linen colors to rent; however, you are more than welcome

to use your preferred vendor. When using an outside vendor all rentals items must be removed/picked

up by the end of your event or Renter incurs a storage fee of $50 per day. 

​Non-profit (501 c3) organizations receives a 10% discount, call for details.
