The number of people each room accommodates depends on the setup.
Event insurance is required for ALL events.
We recommend The Event Helper; however, you are free to use your preferred provider.

Room(s) set with tables, chairs and linen prior to your arrival.
Events serving alcohol must use our bartender, please inquire.
Evening events with amplified music (dj); serving alcohol or where the majority of the guests are teens
require security. All security is provided by the venue.
We offer a variety of other furnishings and linen colors to rent; however, you're more than welcome to use your preferred vendor. When using an outside vendor all rentals items must be removed/picked up by the end of your event or Renter incurs a storage fee of $50 per day.
Non-profit (501 c3) organizations receives a 10% discount, call for details.
Please note a 4% convenience fee will be added to all debit/credit card transactions.
